We have one thing in mind with shipping. Making sure you get the freshest available product.
Cookies are " specifically" baked for your order just hours before they are shipped.

Our standard shipping method is US Post Office.
These rates will be quoted in our shopping cart at check out. 
We are can ship UPS and Fed Ex - Please call for rate quote and complete your order via phone.

Express Mail® Features
Fastest service for times-sensitive needs, with rates starting at $14.40.
Next-day delivery is guaranteed by noon or 3 p.m. to many U.S. destinations.
Delivery to most U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
Available 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays, to most locations at no additional charge.
This option is for a scheduled delivery - you have to be shipping product Mon thru Sat.
Includes proof of delivery with signature upon request (handling fee) and tracking information.

Priority Mail® Features
Mail is delivered in an average of 2-3 days, with rates starting at $5.60
Delivery to all U.S. addresses, including PO boxes and military addresses.
Saturday and residential delivery are available at no additional charge.

Military Overseas APO/FPO Addresse
The DoD has requested that those who send mail use the Service Member's full name, unit and
APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address with the ZIP Code and a return address.
  Shipment of packages to overseas APO/FPO addresses require additional customs paperwork to be completed.  Cookie Gift Delivery Co handles all of the required paperwork for you.

We bake and ship the next business day unless you specify a later arrive-by date at Checkout.

Because we make and bake cookies the morning of shipment, we cannot accept same-day orders,
but call us if you have a special request. We can make anything happen if needed.

To ensure freshness of our product, orders placed between Friday and Sunday are baked
and shipped Monday morning.  Unless you request for Friday orders  - shipping next day air for Saturday delivery.

Military Overseas APO/FPO Addresses
How are packages sent?   In accordance with regulations, all packages are sent via the U S Postal Service (USPS).  To date, government regulations do not permit delivery services like UPS or FedEx to deliver military packages outside of the U.S.  We ship all APO/FPO packages by Priority Mail or Express Mail. Please keep in mind all overseas military mail goes to the East Coast, West Coast or Miami. If you purchase Express Mail Service you will only be expediting delivery to that point only before it is forwarded to the Military Postal Service. They will not recognize express anything for obvious reasons some delivery areas are in combat zones. Shipment of packages to overseas APO/FPO addresses require additional customs paperwork to be completed.  Cookie Gift Delivery Co handles all of the required paperwork for you. 
How long will take? For packages going to soldiers stationed in the U.S. normal delivery times apply.  For soldiers stationed overseas, government regulations require that packages be mailed through USPS, and from there are sent to the Military Postal Service Agency for dispersal.  You should allow a minimum of two weeks for normal delivery, and four to six weeks during major holidays. Can I get a delivery confirmation? Because packages are mailed through USPS and forwarded to the Military Postal Service Agency for dispersal, it is not possible for us to verify delivery or obtain a return receipt.  You are shipping at your own risk.

General Shipping Policy/Contract
Please note: Although delivery estimates have been extremely reliable to date, we cannot guarantee the performance of the US Postal Service or other carriers. During the holidays, you may want to place your order a day earlier than usual, to ensure timely delivery. If you require your package to arrive on a specific date (excluding holidays and Sundays), please select an expedited shipping option during checkout. We do not refund shipping money in cases of bad weather and an incorrect address. We do not refund money on hospital deliveries. If you ship to a hospital it is at your own risk. Most of our delivery problems involve hospitals not getting gifts to a patient before they leave the hospital. We do not refund money for shipments to APO/FPO addresses it is at your own risk.
Important:
When placing your order, it is imperative that you provide a correct and complete shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender. In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, the package will be immediately forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. An additional charge will apply if the package must be re-shipped to the recipient with corrected address information. In the event that a forward is impossible, packages returned as undeliverable will not be reused and a refund will not be issued, except in instances where the return is due to an error on our part. Edible products in packages returned due to an error on the sender's part will be donated to charity.
Order Tracking:
You will receive confirmation via email immediately after your order has been placed and again when your order ships. The latter confirmation will include a delivery confirmation tracking number (for orders shipping within the United States), along with a web address that you can visit to track your package. Please list in additional instructions at check out if you would like a signature for receipt of package via the US Post Office on Priority Mail. An additional charge of $2.50 will be added to your order and charged to your credit card.
Please note:
Final delivery of mail to military APO and FPO addresses is handled by the US Military Postal System, with an average delivery time of 2-4 weeks, depending upon the actual physical location of the recipient. Delivery and signature confirmation services are not available for military packages.
Return Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products included in your package, please contact us within seven days of delivery so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to take care of the problem immediately, whether that entails refund or replacement.

In order for a refund or replacement to occur, the entire care package, including all contents, must be returned. We will then troubleshoot the problem and resolve it accordingly. Returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis; any refunds issued will be credited in the manner in which payment for the original order was received, or in the form of a store credit, depending upon the circumstances.

In cases where a package is returned as undeliverable, that package will be immediately forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. The sender can then choose to forward the package to the recipient or otherwise allocate the package contents. This policy includes packages returned for any reason, aside from error on the part of Cookie Gift Delivery Co staff.

For example, if a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the sender, failure of the recipient to pick up their mail, or a determination by the US Postal Service, other carrier, or receiving mail facility that a package is undeliverable, that package will be forwarded to the sender per the above policy immediately upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued for packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or outdated information provided by the sender, or due to the failure of the recipient to claim their mail.

If you have concerns related to the delivery of your package, please contact us and we will troubleshoot the situation and work to achieve an immediate resolution. Again, we cannot be responsible for packages that are returned or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender.

 
 
Standard Priority Mail thru the Post or Ground Service with FedEx 2 – 5 days starting the day after you order.
Up to 7 days if it travels over the weekend to upper northwest or east.

Express Next Day Service keep in mind not all locations are next day, some are 2 day service.
We will call or email you if this is the case.  Please remember we do not ship cookies out the day you order. 
Express orders placed on Saturday do not ship until Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

After 3pm Central Time is our cutoff time on weekdays.
We cannot ship anything out on Sunday or after 10am on Saturday.
